Small Class Size for Big Learning
Classes are limited to 10 participants - small enough for intimate learning, while large enough for a diversity of thinking. Classes will fill be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.

Pre-requisites
This is Phase 2 of the Community-Driven Consulting Curriculum. This course assumes students have read / listened to all the required materials listed on the syllabus for Phase 1. For a detailed list of all Phase 1 readings and audio classes, click here:

Monday, June 8 through Friday, June 12, 2009
8:30 am to 5pm daily

Attire
Somewhere between business casual and casual. Please no ties (men) or stockings/high heels (women). Jeans / sneakers are fine (but please no shorts / flip-flops). To learn together we need to be comfortable!

What is Included in Your Tuition

Tuition includes

• Breakfast and lunch for the 5 days of the event
• Binder filled with handouts / worksheets for use with clients (includes license to use / reproduce all materials for use with clients)
• Participation in email discussion group before, during and after the session, for ongoing learning Community support. Institute staff will assist with questions / problems as participants begin using new systems with their clients.
• Participation in post-session conference call 30 days after the session, to answer questions, share experiences, and remove stumbling blocks.
• Ongoing assistance by Institute staff for clarifying / answering questions that arise as students being transforming their consulting practice

Not Included in the Tuition:

• Airfare
• Hotel accommodations
• Dinner

Please note: There will be some informal dinner events that are entirely social and not required as part of the course. Participants will cover their own expenses for those dinners.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
Course registration fees are refundable, less a $350 non-refundable service charge, until May 8, 2009. After May 8, cancellations will receive a credit for a future course of equal value. Event no-shows will receive neither fee refunds nor transfer credit.

Tax deduction of expenses
An income tax deduction may be allowed for expenses of education (including registration fees, travel, meals, and lodging) undertaken to maintain and improve your professional skills. Check with your personal tax advisor to determine if this is applicable for you.

Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee
Upon completing the course, in the event you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund the cost of your registration, no questions asked. Put your request in writing no later than 7 days after attending the session.

Waiting List and Future Classes
In the event this June class sells out and you wish to be put on a waiting list, let us know. We will notify you of cancellations.

We are planning to announce another Community-Driven Consulting Course in late spring / early summer. If you cannot attend the April class due to a scheduling conflict, and you want to be notified of subsequent classes, let us know. Registration priority for that late spring / early summer class will be given to those who were either on the waiting list or otherwise unable to attend the April class.

We reserve the right to add or delete segments of the course / change the material as necessary, as we strive to make the course as effective as possible.
